So far so good I think. I like your selection of bands. Personally I'd like to see more of the second string Brit bands like the Undertakers, Hullabaloo's, HedgeHoppers Anonymous, etc. They didn't quite make the USA but are still fun to listen to. Thanks for all the great posts!!! Deep River
What a hilarious start song. Can you let me know who it is? It's awesome to see that the past is still alive. Keep on bringing the old stuff and forget about hiphop,r&b and whatever.
Bom, para um leigo da cultura MOD como eu, este site está sendo um ótimo aprendizado para mim...Obrigado!!! (um dia viro expert da cultura MOD...hehehe).
I love your blog too - my radio show is indebted to it! I especially liked the Northern Soul and Freakbeat compilations,I love finding an obscure track and falling in love with it instantly. Maybe you could put together your own mix-tape of your own favourite mod/mod revivals?
A very good blog, altought it has a very strange mix of bands ¿Monkees are (were) mod? First notice to me. Anyway, and as someone said, keep up the good work!
EXCELLENT BLOG !!! i had to say thank u, that`s all, i love this music... and .... wow man ! ..im from argentina and you can`t find this kind of music here, i have to ask if you know any page of the who live, and the jimi hendrix experince ... thanks, keep up with the great work !

I really love your selection. I stumbled in during a Google search for Monkees. Your layout is beautiful and I really like the way you include album covers.

You've a fine blog. I'd perhaps second the comment above about having some of the more obscure bands: your Sorrows posting was brilliant!
ResponderExcluirGreat stuff, back in time with your blog !!!

You have one of the best blogs. Please keep up the good work. I visit here everyday to see "whatcha' got, mate!"
ResponderExcluirI prefer the British 60s stuff, please.
After all, I was a teenager Living in London during the 1960s.
I'm quite enjoying it - I really like the Decca compilations - more of the folks that show up on those (early Tom Jones - crazy!) would be cool.
ResponderExcluirAnd another vote for the obscure 2nd string stuff.
Cheers!
